MLS: Sunusi Ibrahim retained by FC Montreal

Major League Soccer (MLS) club, CF Montreal have retained former U-23 Eagles forward, Sunusi Ibrahim for the 2025 season.

Sunusi is among the 16 players retained by FC Montreal.

Former Tottenham Hotspur midfielder, Victor Wanyama was, however, released by the club.

Sunusi was top scorer in the Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) in the 2019 season, with 10 goals from 22 matches.

The 22-year-old linked up with CF Montreal in 2021.

He has scored 13 goals in 75 league appearances for The Impact.
