Rema, Tems, Ayra Starr make Rolling Stone’s ‘top 100 albums of 2024’ list

Nigerian singers, Ayra Starr, Tems and Rema’s names have been captured on the 2024 Rolling Stone’s best 100 albums.

The singer’s names were captured on the list of outstanding albums that have enjoyed global success in the year.

Representing Nigeria on this list, Rolling Stone described Rema’s second studio album, ‘Heis‘, which secured the 11th spot in the list, as a “unique, buzzy and visceral” project.

Tem’s album, ‘Born in the Wild‘, secured the 37th spot because of its “physical and emotional listening experience”.

Also, Ayra Starr’s second album ‘The Year I Turned 21′ ranked 53rd for showcasing the singer’s musical maturity and passion.

Recall that in 2022, Asake’s debut album ‘Mr Money’ made the US magazine’s list.
