Serie A: Milan boss tasks Chukwueze to improve on weakness

AC Milan manager Paulo Fonseca wants Samuel Chukwueze to work on the defensive side of his game.

Chukwueze has played more regularly for the Rooseneri this season despite strong competition in the Milan team.

Fonseca has further challenged the Nigeria international to improve his game.

“Chukwueze is adapting well, and he has an impressive attitude. He’s not stronger than Musah defensively, but he can do the same in some games,” he told reporters.

The 25-year-old has scored once in 13 league appearances for Milan this season.

Fonseca’s side will be away to Atalanta at the Gewiss Stadium on Friday.
