Al Nassr captain, Cristiano Ronaldo has reacted to his side’s Saudi Pro League 2-1 defeat to Al-Ittihad.
Al-Ittihad defeated Al-Nassr at home on Friday to maintain their lead on top of the SPL table.
Karim Benzema opened the scoring for the hosts before Ronaldo equalized for the visitors.
However, Steven Bergwijn scored a late goal to give Al-Ittihad the victory.
Reacting, Ronaldo in a tweet via his X account after the match expressed confidence that Al-Nassr will come back stronger after the defeat.
“We will come back stronger,” Ronaldo wrote on X.
Ronaldo will now hope to lead Al-Nassr to victory when they face Al Akhdoud in their next game.
