EPL: Michail Antonio airlifted to hospital after car crash

West Ham United striker Michail Antonio was airlifted to the hospital after being involved in a serious car crash accident.

The accident occurred in Essex, London, where the player was reportedly driving his Ferrari.

The exact cause of the crash has not been revealed but significant damage was sustained to the right side of the car, including the seat where Antonio was sitting.

Early reports suggested that the 34-year-old collided with a tree and suffered a broken thigh bone.

His club West Ham have already issued a statement confirming the incident, calling for prayers for their attacker.

With the latest development, Antonio could miss West Ham’s Premier League tie with Wolves on Monday.
