ATBU shifts resumption to January

The Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University, ATBU, in Bauchi, has postponed the resumption of the 2024/2025 academic session earlier scheduled for December 6 to January 6, 2025.

The postponement was disclosed in a statement issued by the Director of Information and Public Relations, Zailani Bappa.

“The management of the Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University, Bauchi, wishes to announce the postponement of the resumption date for the first semester of the 2024/2025 academic session to January 6, 2025,” the statement read.

Bappa explained that the decision was necessitated by unforeseen circumstances.

“While students, parents, guardians, and other stakeholders are advised to take note and comply with this change, the management regrets any inconvenience caused by this development,” he added.
