Singer Young John has lamented about his exclusion from the conversations about the best musicians in the country.

According to the ‘Dada’ crooner, he is often overlooked because he started his career as a producer and not a singer.

He vowed that time will reveal those who are truly the best musicians.

On his X handle, he wrote, “I see how you all leave me out of conversations prolly cos I started out as a producer. Continue! Time will tell!”

Young John gained prominence as one of the in-house producers of YBNL Nation, producing hit songs for Lil Kesh, Olamide and others.

He launched his singing career under Chocolate City after leaving YBNL.

Since then, Young John has released tons of hit songs including, Dada, Xtra Cool, Big Big Things, Bahamas, and Stronger among others.
