Turkey: Injured Osimhen to be sidelined for two weeks

Victor Osimhen will be sidelined for around two weeks due to injury.

Media Talk Africa reports that Osimhen sustained a muscle injury during Galatasaray’s 3-2 victory at Sivasspor last weekend.

According to reports, the forward will sit out at least three matches.

The Nigerian will miss Thursday’s UEFA Europa League clash with Malmo.

The forward is also likely to miss the league matches against Trabzonspor next week Monday and Kayserispor on December 22.

The 25-year-old has scored seven goals and registered three assists in nine league appearances for Galatasaray.

The Yellow and Reds , who are top of the standings are looking to win the Turkish Super Lig title for the third consecutive season.
