NPFL: Olanrewaju takes responsibility for Enyimba struggles

Enyimba technical adviser, Olanrewaju Yemi, has taken full responsibility for his team’s recent struggles.

The People’s Elephant are winless in their last seven games in the Nigeria Premier Football League(NPFL).

Enyimba have also failed to record a win in the group stage of the CAF Confederation Cup.

Olanrewaju promises to help turn the fortunes of the team around.

“Nobody cares how well you are playing when the results are not most favorable,” Olanrewaju wrote on X.

“We have dominated most games this season, creating multiple chances but failing to convert them.

“As the head, I take full responsibility and know we will get it right soon.”

Enyimba are billed to take on Mozambican side, Black Bulls in a CAF Confederation Cup game on Sunday.
