Scotland: Balogun targets Cup success with Rangers

Leon Balogun says Rangers are up for battle in Sunday’s Scottish Cup final clash against Celtic.

Philippe Clement’s side won the Scottish Cup last season and are desperate to win their first silverware of the season.

Rangers head into the game in confident mood following their recent impressive form.

The Light Blues are unbeaten in their last nine games across all competitions.

“If you look at the recent games, it’s quite simple — we have to win,” Balogun was quoted by the club’s official website.

“That’s the answer. That would be massive because for most of the players it would be the first trophy at the club.”
