Carabao Cup: He’s upset with me – Amorim on Man Utd star

Manchester United manager, Ruben Amorim has revealed that winger Alejandro Garnacho is a little bit upset with him.

This comes after Amorim dropped the Argentina international out of Man United’s squad that defeated Manchester City 2-1 last weekend.

Speaking ahead of the Red Devils’ Carabao Cup quarter-final tie with Tottenham Hotspur on Thursday night, Amorim also insisted that Garnacho is ready to play against Spurs.

“Garnacho is doing really good, he trained really well,” Amorim said at his pre-match interview.

“He seems a little bit upset with me and that is perfect! I was really, really happy because I would do the same”.

“He is ready for this game.”
