Usyk, Fury to share $190m for rematch

The money at stake when Ukrainian boxer Oleksandr Usyk takes on Britain’s Tyson Fury in a rematch, has been revealed.

On Saturday, Usyk and Fury will face off again, for the second time in 2024.

Unlike the first fight, this one will not be for the undisputed title, after Usyk was stripped of the full IBF title.

Usyk won in May by split decision and is considered the favorite to emerge victorious again.

According to The Independent, the total purse will be $190million and will be split 55-45 in Usyk’s favour.

In the first fight, Usyk took home $45million, while Fury earned $100million fully guaranteed, despite losing the fight.
