Barcelona manager, Hansi Flick, was happy with his side’s display despite their 2-1 defeat to Atletico Madrid in LaLiga on Saturday night.
Pedri had opened the scoring for the Catalans in the first half.
But Diego Simeone’s men scored twice after the break through Rodrigo De Paul and Alexander Sorloth to claim all three points.
Atletico have now leapfrogged Barca on the league table with one game in hand.
But Flick was not disappointed with his players.
He told reporters after the game: “We played exactly as I want to see. That’s the style I want here at Barça.
“I’m sad for the result as losing nine points at home is not normal… but performance, it was great.
“That’s how I want the team to play.”
