Super Eagles must qualify for 2026 World Cup – Osho

Super Eagles defender, Gabriel Osho is optimistic the team will earn a place at the 2026 FIFA World Cup despite their poor start to the qualifying campaign.

The Super Eagles are winless in Group C after four games.

The West Africans occupy fifth position in the group.

“We have to focus on the World Cup qualifiers and the AFCON. After the last competition, our goal is to progress and triumph. I think we have enough talent,” Osho told Flashcore.

“The quality of our team is probably the best in Africa. It is time to assert it on the big stage.”

The Super Eagles will take on Zimbabwe when the qualifiers resume in March.
