Kwara: Gov Abdulrazaq mourns ex-commissioner, Adisa

Kwara State Governor, Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq, has condoled the family of former Herald General Manager and Commissioner for Information and Communication, Alhaji Abdulrahim Adisa.

Media Talk Africa reports that Adisa, a former chairman of Moro Local Government Area, died on Thursday morning at the age of 91, according to a statement by the Chief Press Secretary, to the governor, Rafiu Ajakaye in Ilorin on Thursday.

The governor described late Adisa as a veteran in the media industry where he made huge contributions, especially as a former staff member of the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN).

Governor Abdulrazaq also commiserated with the media community in the state, and especially the Herald newspapers and with his family.

He asked Allah to admit Adisa to Al-jannah Firdaus and console the family with His mercies.
