EPL: I will not give up – Guardiola vows ahead of City’s next game

Manchester City boss, Pep Guardiola, has vowed never to give up.

The Spaniard spoke ahead of Manchester City’s visit to Leicester City in the Premier League.

Guardiola said he is determined to turn things around at the club following a string of disappointing results this season.

The Citizens currently find themselves seventh in the league, having won just two wins in their last 10 games.

Guardiola expressed optimism with regards to turning things around at the club. He said via Eurosport, “I will try, I will keep going. I will not give up. I want to be here,” he said.

“I want to do it and, with the situation that we have, we have to do it. Of course I want it [to end the bad run], everyone wants it.

“I don’t want to disappoint my people in terms of the club, the fans, the people who love this club.
He added:

“I think all of us in our job want to do it well and please the people.”
