Following a bitter eight-year legal battle, Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt have reached a divorce settlement.
According to the Daily Mail, the Hollywood duo officially signed off on the divorce paperwork on Monday, December 30.
However, the battle over a French chateau they once jointly owned is still ongoing.
“Frankly, Angelina is exhausted,” Divorce Lawyer James Simon, said.
“More than eight years ago, Angelina filed for divorce from Mr. Pitt.
“She and the children left all of the properties they had shared with Mr. Pitt, and since that time she has focused on finding peace and healing for their family.”
Jolie filed for divorce in September 2016, just two years after tying the knot.
The couple had dated 10 years before marriage.
