EPL: I don’t care – De Bruyne speaks on Man City future

Manchester City midfielder, Kevin De Bruyne, has said he is focusing on getting back to his best, not transfer speculation.

De Bruyne is not into the final six months of his current contract at The Etihad.

The midfielder has been linked with a summer exit but is refusing to be drawn into any speculation.

As it stands, De Bruyne is able to negotiate with foreign clubs.

De Bruyne has had a torrid time with injuries in the previous 18 months, making just 31 appearances in the Premier League since the beginning of last season, and could look to move to a league less intense.

When asked about his future, De Bruyne told reporters: “I don’t care. I’m just trying to get back to my level.

“I feel every week I’m getting better. I can play for 90 minutes now. It’s been an uncomfortable couple of months with the injury.”
