NPFL: Maikaba targets NPFL promotion with Wikki Tourists

Wikki Tourists technical adviser, Abdulahi Maikaba has reaffirmed his commitment to return the club to the Nigeria Premier Football League, NPFL, next season.

The Bauchi Elephants were relegated to Nigeria National League, NNL, two years ago.

Wikki Tourists failed in their bid to secure promotion to the top-flight last season.

Maikaba is determined to help the club achieve their objective this term.

β€œWith this support, Wikki Tourists FC are poised to continue their winning streak and ultimately return to the NPFL,” he stated.

Wikki Tourists have recorded two wins and one draw in their three opening fixtures of the season.

The Bauchi club will square up with Jigawa Golden Stars in a matchday four fixture at the Tafawa Balewa Stadium on Saturday.
