NPFL: Niger Tornadoes resume training for second stanza

Niger Tornadoes have commenced preparations for the second stanza of the 2024-25 Nigeria Premier Football League, NPFL, season.

The players regrouped at the Bako Kontagora Stadium on Friday.

Niger Tornadoes technical adviser, Majin Mohammed took charge of the training session alongside his technical assistants.

The Ikon Allah Boys recently embarked on a 10-day break after the completion of the first stanza.

Niger Tornadoes recorded six wins, six draws and seven defeats from 19 games.

They currently occupy 10th position in the NPFL table with 24 points.

Niger Tornadoes will be in action against Rangers when the second round of the NPFL resume.

The second round is expected to resume on Saturday, January 25, 2025.
