‘Starting from scratch’ – Jhene Aiko reveals her home was burnt down in Los Angeles fire

American singer and rapper, Jhene Aiko and her children, Noah Hasani and Namiko Love have been rendered homeless after their house was burnt down in the Los Angeles fire.

The music star, who disclosed this on Thursday, revealed that she and her children are safe but their properties have been destroyed.

On Instagram, she wrote, “Me and my children’s home is gone; burned to the ground with all of our things inside. Lord have mercy.

“Thankful we still have each other, starting from scratch. My heart is so heavy.”

A fast-moving fire broke out in the Hollywood Hills on Wednesday night, threatening one of Los Angeles’ most iconic spots.

According to reports, LA wildfires are expected to cost at least $52 billion in damages and economic losses, the most expensive in California history.
