Power Rangers actor, Hector David jailed for assault

Power Rangers actor, Hector David Jr. has been sentenced to jail for assaulting an elderly man in 2024 July.

The actor was sentenced to 180 days in prison on Wednesday, with the judge suspending 135 days of it after pleading guilty to misdemeanor battery over an attack on a man using a walker in a Nampa, Idaho parking lot.

The Judge, Matthew B. Schelstrate also ordered that the actor maintain a clean behavioral record or he will have to serve more than the 45 days in custody.

Also, the court mandated David to complete 100 hours of community service, and imposed two years of supervised probation.

Media Talk Africa recalls that Hector David in July 2024, engaged in a confrontation with an elderly man over a parking spot in Nampa, Idaho last year.

David, however, shoved the man to the ground and fled the scene in his truck after the situation escalated.

An arrest warrant was later issued by the Law enforcement, and he was charged with battery.
