Lakurawa: Govt supports families of slain officers with

The Kebbi State Government has extended financial assistance of N10 million to the families of two security officers who lost their lives during an attack by Lakurawa bandits in Natsini, Augie Local Government Are.

Each family received N5 million as relief support to help them during this difficult time.

The presentation of the donation took place at the Kebbi State Police Command Headquarters in Birnin Kebbi. It was delivered by the Director of Security, Cabinet Office, Alhaji AbdulRahman Usman Zagga, and the Chairman of Danko-Wasagu Local Government, Hon. Hussaini Aliyu Bena.

The Commissioner of Police, Bello M. Sani, expressed his appreciation to the Governor for the compassionate and timely intervention. He highlighted that the gesture reflects the Governor’s dedication to the welfare of security personnel and their families.

The Kebbi State Government also offered prayers for the repose of the souls of the late officers, ASP Bala Audu and ISP Bashar Muhammad, while seeking Allah’s strength and comfort for their grieving families.
