Rivers Angels have completed that signing of Taiwo Ajibade and Taiwo Aganmuyi ahead of the 2025 season of the Nigeria Women Football League, NWFL.
Ajibade and Aganmuyi penned a two-year contract each with the former NWFL Champions.
The duo joined Rivers Angels from Sunshine Queens.
Ajibade and Aganmuyi featured regularly for Sunshine Queens last season.
The players expressed gratitude to Sunshine Queens for shaping their career.
“Sunshine Queens will always remain an important part of us,” they told Sporting Hope.
“The experience we gained there has made our transition to another big team seamless.”
The duo were among 14 players unveiled by Rivers Angels on Sunday.
