The Nigeria Football Federation, NFF, has announced the date for the national draw of the 2025 men’s and women’s President Federation Cup.
The draw will take place on Friday, April 11, at the NFF secretariat in Abuja.
Two clubs from each of the 36 states, including the Federal Capital Territory, FCT, will begin with Round of 64 matches after some teams have been eliminated from the men’s competition.
The women’s competition will begin with Round of 32 games, followed by Round of 16, then quarterfinals, semi-finals, and the grand finale.
The knockout stages (Round of 64) are scheduled to take place between Saturday, May 3, and Sunday, May 4, while Round of 16 will be held on Wednesday, May 14, 2025.
The quarterfinals are slated for Thursday, June 5, with the semi-finals set for Wednesday, June 18.
The final will take place on Saturday, June 28, 2025.
The winner of the men’s competition will represent Nigeria in the 2025-26 CAF Confederation Cup.
El-Kanemi Warriors and Rivers Angels won the 2024 edition of the competition.
