Europa League: Osimhen on target in Galatasaray, Dynamo Kiev’s six-goal thriller

Victor Osimhen continued his impressive form in front of goal as Galatasaray threw away a two-goal lead to draw 3-3 against Dynamo Kiev at RAMS Park on Tuesday night.

Former Tottenham Hotspur defender Davidson Sanchez gave Galatasaray the lead after six minutes, following an assist from Dries Mertens.

Abdulkerim Bardakci doubled the home team’s advantage in the 21st minute.

Dynamo Kiev fought back, with Vladyslav Vanat reducing the deficit one minute before the break.

Osimhen restored Galatasaray’s two-goal lead after converting from the spot in the 53rd minute.

It was the forward’s fourth goal in five appearances in the Europa League this season.

Andrii Yarmolenko, however, struck twice afterwards to restore parity for the visitors.

Galatasaray remain in fifth position in the Europa League standings.
