The agents of Manchester United forward Marcus Rashford have entered talks with Barcelona over a potential move.
However, any deal would only be possible if the LaLiga giants manage to offload at least two players this month.
Barça are trying to move on defender Eric García, who has been linked with Como and Girona.
The Catalans are also working on resolving the future of Ansu Fati, who has fallen out of favour with manager Hansi Flick.
Football transfer expert Fabrizio Romano wrote on X: “Marcus Rashford’s camp had a meeting with Barça director Deco today.
“It took place in Lisbon, as @tjuanmarti reports.
“Barcelona are keen on signing Rashford, and he’s open to the move, but it depends on exits (Eric García between Como and Girona and Ansu Fati’s situation).
“Borussia Dortmund are also still in the race.”
