Be civil with your divorce proceedings — Blackface advises 2Face, Annie Idibia

Singer Blackface has urged 2Face and his wife Annie to be civil with their proceedings.

The singer gave the advice following the couple’s ongoing divorce controversy on social media.

Media Talk Africa recalls that 2Face took to his Instagram story on Sunday to announce his separation and divorce from Annie, a development that has generated diverse reactions from internet users and among his fellow celebrities.

Reacting to the ongoing saga on his Instagram page, Blackface, in an open letter to the couple on Wednesday, urged the duo to maintain decorum and be civil amid their marital challenges.

While reminding the couple of the importance of their roles in society, Blackface acknowledged that every relationship has its ups and downs.

“My open letter to Innocent Idibia and Annie Macaulay Idibia. I send you good tidings, Mr and Mrs Idibia. I’m reaching out at this time to remind us to show decorum and be civil with whatever proceedings you may be going through.

“As role models, we should always set good examples for this generation to emulate, and for older generations to be proud. Let’s keep it together as every relationship has ups and downs. I pray that God gives both of you the strength to scale through this. My regards to your families and my love to your kids,” Blackface wrote.
