EPL: Aribo, Onuachu on target in Southampton’s win over Ipswich Town

Paul Onuachu scored the winning goal as Southampton defeated Ipswich Town 2-1 at Portman Road.

It was Southampton’s second win of the season.

Onuachu’s international teammate, Joe Aribo, opened the scoring for the Saints in the 21st minute. It was Aribo’s second league goal of the season for the South Coast club.

Liam Delap equalised for the hosts one minute after the half-hour mark. Onuachu then netted the winner for Southampton three minutes before the break.

The 30-year-old has now scored twice in 14 league appearances for Ivan Jurić’s side this season.
