NPFL: Ogunbote anticipates tough test against Plateau United

Shooting Stars technical adviser, Gbenga Ogunbote, has urged his players to be psychological ready for the match against Plateau United.

Ogunbote emphasised the need for the players to expect a tough battle with the confidence of getting a positive result.

Shooting Stars will slug it out with Plateau United at the New Jos Stadium, Jos on Sunday (today).

“We have everything going fine for us as we head into this game,” Ogunbote stated in an address to the players.

“But we must be aware of the fact that this is a team that is fighting to avoid the drop, so expect that they will come at us with force.

“All we need to do is to be focused and play our game with positive mindset.”

Media Talk Africa recalls that Shooting Stars held Plateau United to a goalless draw in the same fixture last season.
