Corrupt Nigerian leaders will soon be exposed — PFN

The Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria, PFN, said corrupt Nigerian leaders will soon be exposed as Nigeria experiences a rebirth.

The National Deputy President of PFN, Archbishop JohnPraise Daniel, stated this during a press conference on Monday.

The press conference was held ahead of the body’s 40th anniversary celebration.

Archbishop Daniel also stressed that Nigeria must reduce its reliance on oil and return to agriculture to achieve economic stability.

The cleric further called for policies that encourage young graduates to embrace entrepreneurship, as the government cannot provide employment for everyone.

“This is why we are calling for the rebirth of a great nation. We must transition to a productive economy rather than a dependent one. If our economy were thriving, our people would not feel compelled to leave the country in search of opportunities abroad.

“Our leaders have a responsibility to create an environment where basic needs are met—where lives and property are protected, food is abundant, and corruption is eliminated. Only then can we build a nation we are proud to call home.

“We advocate for zero tolerance for corruption. The Church, as the conscience of the nation, is committed to seeing corruption eradicated,” Archbishop Daniel said.
