Uzodinma appoints another seven new special advisers

Imo State Governor, Hope Uzodinma has appointed seven new special advisers into his cabinet barely few days after inauguration of five new commissioners and board members of various parastatals in the State.

The recent appointments, according to the Chief Press Secretary and Special Adviser to the Governor on media, Oguwike Nwachukwu, is to strengthen the administration in actualizing its policies.

Uzodinma reinstated his former embattled Special Adviser on Special Duties, Chinasa Nwaneri as now Special Adviser, Monitoring and Compliance.

Steve Asimobi was appointed Special Adviser on Strategy and Communication, Emeka Iheanacho, Special Adviser on Development Centre and Coordination and Perry Opara, Special Adviser on Political.

The press statement further named Rejoice Ndudinachi as Special Adviser on Aviation, while Willie Okoliegwo was appointed Special Adviser on Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs and Charles Ijezie, Special Adviser on Rural Mobilisation.

The appointments according to Nwachukwu takes immediate effect.
