Transfer: Omeruo leaves Turkish club, Kasimpasa

Kenneth Omeruo has parted ways with Turkish Super Lig club, Kasimpasa.

Media Talk Africa reports that Omeruo terminated his contract by mutual consent and is now a free agent.

The 31-year-old has struggled with injury this season, making just five appearances for the club.

The Nigeria international is now reportedly considering offers from Saudi Arabia and Qatar.

Media Talk Africa recalls, Omeruo first joined Kasimpasa on loan from Chelsea in 2015, before returning for a second loan spell two years later.

Omeruo joined the Turkish Super Lig club on a permanent transfer in 2023.

The centre-back scored two goals and registered three assists in 85 appearances across his two stints at the club.
