2026 World Cup qualifier: Super Eagles fly directly to Kigali for Rwanda clash

Super Eagles stars will fly directly to Kigali, Rwanda, from their respective bases for the crucial 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifier against the Amavubi of Rwanda.

Rwanda will host the three-time African champions in a matchday five encounter at the Amahoro Stadium, Kigali on Friday, March 21.

Nigeria will open camp for the encounter in Kigali on Sunday, March 16, Media Talk Africa learnt.

Media Talk Africa recalls the Super Eagles also flew directly to Abidjan , Cote d’Ivoire for their last away fixture against the Cheetahs of Benin Republic.

Eric Chelle’s side will entertain the Warriors of Zimbabwe at the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium, Uyo four days after the clash with Rwanda.

The Super Eagles are yet to record a win in the qualifiers, with three draws and one defeat.
