Serie A: Dele-Bashiru on target as Lazio thrash Monza

Fisayo Dele-Bashiru was on target as Lazio thrashed Monza 5-1 in their Serie A clash at the Stadio Olimpico on Sunday.

Former Chelsea winger, Pedro (brace), Adam Marusic and Taty Castellanos were also on target for the hosts in the encounter.

Dele-Bashiru started the game on the bench and took the place of Gustav Isaksen in the 65th minute.

The Nigeria international scored Lazio’s fifth goal two minutes from time.

The midfielder ran onto a through ball down the left and smashed a left-foot finish into the roof of the net from a tricky angle.

The 24-year-old has now scored three goals in 15 league appearances for Marco Baroni’s side this season.
