UEFA adds Vinicius, Bellingham, Upamecano, 9 others in Champions League team [Full list]

UEFA on Thursday included Real Madrid’s Vinícius Júnior among others in the Champions League Team of the Week following the conclusion of the play-off first-leg fixtures on Wednesday.
Vinícius was impressive in Real Madrid’s Champions League encounter against Manchester City at the Etihad Stadium.

His teammate Jude Bellingham was also included in the Team of the Week.

Bellingham scored Real Madrid’s winner against Pep Guardiola’s side as the match ended in a 3-2 victory for the visitors.

Champions League Play-off Team of the Week:
Goalkeeper: Gianluigi Donnarumma (PSG)

Defenders: Givairo Read (Feyenoord), Dayot Upamecano (Bayern München), Federico Gatti (Juventus), Daniel Svensson (Borussia Dortmund)

Midfielders: Vitinha (PSG), Jude Bellingham (Real Madrid), Igor Paixão (Feyenoord)

Forwards: Vangelis Pavlidis (Benfica), Serhou Guirassy (Borussia Dortmund), Vinícius Júnior (Real Madrid)

Meanwhile, the return leg of the Champions League play-off tie will take place next week.

Winners of the two-leg fixture will qualify for the Round of 16 stage.
