NPFL: Bendel Insurance in confident mood for Tornadoes clash

Bendel Insurance midfielder James Oronsanye said that the reinstated points by the Appeals Committee of the Nigeria Football Federation, NFF, are a morale booster for their next game against Niger Tornadoes.

The Benin Arsenals will lock horns with Niger Tornadoes at the Samuel Ogbemudia Stadium on Sunday.

Oronsanye believes that a win over their matchday 24 opponents will place them in a better position for a continental spot.

“The spirit is high after the news of the points’ return by the NFF,” Oronsanye told Media Talk Africa.

“The points will boost our morale for the game against Niger Tornadoes this weekend.

“A win against Niger Tornadoes will put us closer to the continental spot.”

Bendel Insurance currently occupy 15th position in the league table with 28 points.
