NPFL: Amokachi disappointed with Lobi Stars’ home draw vs Katsina United

Lobi Stars head coach Daniel Amokachi has expressed disappointment with the outcome of his team’s Nigeria Premier Football League, NPFL, matchday 24 encounter against Katsina United.

The Makurdi club was held to a 1-1 draw by the visitors at the Abubakar Tafawa Balewa Stadium on Saturday.

John Akende gave Lobi Stars the lead in the 68th minute.

Katsina United however earned a share of the spoils with Promise Damala nodding home the equaliser four minutes from time.

“We’ll go back to the drawing board and work on the areas identified,” Amokachi told the club’s media.

Lobi Stars will face Shooting Stars in their next league game on Wednesday.
