NPFL: Victory over Rivers United big relief – Enyimba coach Eguma

Enyimba head coach, Stanley Eguma, has described his team’s win over Rivers United as a big relief.

The People’s Elephant recorded their second win in five games courtesy of a 1-0 victory over Rivers United in Aba on Saturday.

Eguma commended both teams for their display in the game.

“I feel happy for the victory considering the magnitude of the game,” Eguma told 54footballx.

“For the team to return to winning ways it’s something that gives me happiness and joy.

“The victory is for the Aba fans and happy the way we played the opponent also played well.”
