Guardiola to offload eight Man City players this summer [Full list]

Manchester City manager, Pep Guardiola, is willing to offload up to eight players this summer.

According to The Sun, Jack Grealish tops the list of players Guardiola wants to get rid of ahead of next season.

Grealish could be joined by Kevin De Bruyne, Bernardo Silva, John Stones, Mateo Kovacic, Ilkay Gundogan and Ederson.

Kyle Walker, who is currently on loan at AC Milan, will also depart on a permanent basis.

Guardiola wants to refresh his squad after a poor defence of their Premier League title and early elimination from the Champions League.

Since Guardiola arrived at the Etihad in 2016, City have been the dominant force in English football. But the group of players that has achieved unprecedented success looks set to be broken up.

All of the players listed to be sold are aged 30 or older bar Grealish, who reaches that age in September.

City have already looked to address the issue by bringing in four players aged 26 or less in January, but it appears they believe there is much more work to do.
