NPFL: Sam Addingi appointed Lobi Stars interim head coach

Lobi Stars have announced the appointment of Sam Addingi as their interim head coach.

Addingi will take up the position following the resignation of former head coach of Daniel Amokachi.

Amokachi assumed the role earlier in the campaign following the sacking of Eugene Agagbe.

Under his reign, Lobi Stars recorded three wins, seven draws and nine defeats in 19 league outings.

Addingi, who was previously an assistant to Amokachi took charge of the team in Wednesday’s 2-2 away draw against Shooting Stars.

The Makurdi will face Niger Tornadoes in the Nigeria Premier Football League, NPFL, next week Wednesday.
