Sunshine Stars have been urged to prepare adequately for the 2025 President Federation Cup.
The state football association chairman, Otunba Sunday Dele-Ajayi, gave the charge in Akure.
Dele-Ajayi wants the Owena Waves to be good ambassadors for the state in the competition.
“Congratulations to you all; you are all worthy winners. I urge you to prepare well for the main competition when the dates are announced,” Dele-Ajayi told The Hope.
“I am happy that you all played well and are worthy winners. Please be good ambassadors for this state when the competition begins at the national level.”
Media Talk Africa recalls that Sunshine Stars failed to reach the semi-finals of the competition last year.
