Amorim to be without eight Man Utd players for Ipswich clash

Manchester United manager, Ruben Amorim, will be without eight players for their Premier League home clash against Ipswich.

Amorim is dealing with a growing injury crisis within his squad.

United are desperate to get back to winning ways against the Tractor Boys, after going three matches without a win in the Premier League.

The last time out, Amorim’s men played out a 2-2 draw at Everton without several key players.

Ahead of the visit of Ipswich, Amorim has confirmed that he will not get anyone back from injury.

That means the likes of Luke Shaw, Kobbie Mainoo, Mason Mount, Jonny Evans and Toby Collyer are not yet fit to return.

Lisandro Martinez and Amad Diallo, meanwhile, are out for the season.

There are also concerns over Noussair Mazraoui, who suffered a knock to his knee against Everton.

In the last two games, Amorim has named Ayden Heaven, Harry Amass, Sekou Kone, Chido Obi-Martin and Elyh Harrison on his bench.
