Transfer: Super Falcons forward moves to Chinese club, Laoniing Baye

Super Falcons striker, Chinonyerem Macleans, has sealed a move to Chinese Women’s Super League club, Laoniing Baye.

Macleans joined Laoniing Baye from Saudi club, Al Shabab.

The 25-year-old’s arrival increased the number of Nigerians at the club to two with Folashade Ijamilusi already a key member of the squad.

The striker was on books of Nigeria Women’s Football League, NWFL, side, Bayelsa Queens for five years before moving abroad to play for Belarusian club, Bobruichanka.

Macleans also had stint in Poland with Stomilanki Olsztyn and Górnik Leczna as well as in Russia with Locomotiv Moscow.

She has been capped twice on the international scene by Nigeria.
