Former Chelsea star, Joe Cole has hailed Arsenal’s Ethan Nwaneri as the most exciting player in Europe.
According to Cole, Nwaneri is an England regular for the next ten years.
He said this after the 17-year-old featured in Arsenal’s record-breaking Champions League victory over PSV on Tuesday.
Recall that Arsenal thrashed PSV 7-1 to effectively secure their place in the Champions League quarter-finals.
“For me, he is so good that he doesn’t need the U21s,” Cole told TNT Sports.
“In my opinion, he is that good.
“He needs to go straight in with Thomas Tuchel, get around the squad and get some minutes, because he is an England player for the next 10-15 years.
“I think he is going to be an absolute genius. I think he is the most exciting footballer in England and maybe Europe. What he is doing is incredible,” he said.
Nwaneri will now hope to continue his impressive display when Arsenal face Manchester United in the Premier League this weekend.
