2026 WCQ: Rwanda line-up friendly for Super Eagles

Rwanda will play a test game against a local side on Saturday as part of their build-up ahead of the crucial 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifier against Nigeria.

Newly appointed head coach, Adel Amrouche, will use local players in the friendly.

The players will use the opportunity to stake claim for places in the final squad.

Amrouche is expected to release his final squad for the game with the Super Eagles after the friendly.

The Algerian was appointed Amavubi head coach on Sunday.

Rwanda will host the Super Eagles in a matchday five encounter at the Amahoro Stadium on Friday, March 21.

They currently top Group C with seven points from four games.
