Nottingham Forest will host Manchester City in an early kick-off on Saturday afternoon.
Liverpool will welcome Southampton at Anfield on Saturday evening while Chelsea will clash with Leicester City on Sunday.
Manchester United will face Arsenal at Old Trafford on Sunday evening while Tottenham Hotspur will tackle Bournemouth.
