NPFL: Kano Pillars duo ruled out of Kwara United clash

Kano Pillars will be without midfield duo, Emmanuel Bright and Zulkifilu Mohammed in Sunday’s Nigeria Premier Football League, NPFL, matchday 28 encounter against Kwara United.

Bright, a defensive midfielder, is nursing an ankle injury, while attacking midfielder Zulkifilu is out with a hamstring injury.

The two players have featured regularly for the four-time NPFL champions this season.

Pillars will be looking to build on last weekend’s 2-1 home win against holders Rangers.

The Sai Masu Gida are vying for a continental ticket.

They currently occupy fourth position on the NPFL table with 42 points from 27 matches.
