Sunshine Stars head Coach Bobola Akinfolarin has commended his players for their determination in the away draw against Nasarawa United.
The Owena Waves held Nasarawa United to a 1-1 draw at the Lafia City Stadium on Sunday.
Akinfolarin said that the team will continue to approach the remaining fixtures in the league with a positive mindset.
“We will continue to approach every game as they come; great game we had against Nasarawa United,” Akinfolarin told the club’s media.
Sunshine Stars remain in the relegation zone with 32 points despite the defeat.
Bala Abubakar’s side will next play host to Plateau United at the Remo Stars Stadium, Ikenne.
