NPFL: No room for complacency – Mangut warns Plateau United players

Plateau United technical adviser, Mbwas Mangut says the team can’t afford to make mistakes in their remaining league matches this season.

The Peace Boys currently occupy 14th position in the NPFL table with 34 points.

Plateau United defeated Abia Warriors 1-0 in a matchday 28 fixture in Jos on Sunday.

Mangut revealed that his team will fight hard to win all their remaining matches.

“With the position we are, we can’t afford to make mistakes anymore,” Mangut told Plateau United’s media.

“We are trying to see how we can gather points anyhow, sometimes we have to go direct and do other things to see how we can get it.

“Once we are winning with more goals the beauty of the team will come out but for now we are more interested on the points than any other thing.”
